Duncan Ross (Lead Pastor)
Duncan comes to us with more than 25 years as the Senior Pastor of Mount of Olives Baptist Church in Duluth, MN. He brings valuable experience in pastoral ministry in many areas. We have especially appreciated his strong preaching/teaching ministry. Duncan and his wife of 38 years, Michele, have four grown children — Nathan, Andrew, Sarah, and Anna who all live in Minnesota. We are very grateful to have Duncan with us as we transition to a new season of ministry at North Shore.
